1.)  App Submission
   1.1. By submitting your app for testing on the CommunitiesSocial platform, you ("the Agency") agree to the following terms and conditions.
   1.2. You confirm that you have the legal right to submit the app for testing and that it doesn't infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

 

2.) Responsibility and Liability
   2.1. The Agency acknowledges full responsibility for the content, functionality, and performance of the submitted app.
   2.2. CommunitiesSocial is not responsible for any damages, losses, or legal issues arising from the use or testing of the Agency's app.
   2.3. The Agency agrees to indemnify and hold CommunitiesSocial harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from the app or its testing process.

 

3.) Confidentiality
   3.1. The Agency is responsible for ensuring that their app and related materials do not contain sensitive or confidential information that they are not willing to share with testers.
   3.2. While CommunitiesSocial enforces confidentiality agreements with testers, the Agency acknowledges the inherent risks of sharing pre-release software.

 

4.) Tester Interactions
   4.1. The Agency agrees to interact professionally and respectfully with all testers.
   4.2. Any disputes or issues with testers should be reported to CommunitiesSocial for mediation.

 

5.) Feedback Handling
   5.1. The Agency is responsible for reviewing and acting upon tester feedback at their discretion.
   5.2. CommunitiesSocial is not responsible for ensuring the implementation of any suggested changes or improvements.

 

6.) App Removal
   6.1. CommunitiesSocial reserves the right to remove any app from the testing platform without notice if it violates platform policies or for any other reason deemed necessary.

 

7.) Data Protection
   7.1. The Agency is responsible for ensuring their app complies with all applicable data protection and privacy laws.
   7.2. Any user data collected through the app must be handled in accordance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

 

8.) No Guarantee of Results
   8.1. CommunitiesSocial does not guarantee any specific results, number of testers, or quality of feedback for submitted apps.

 

9.) Platform Rules Compliance
   9.1. The Agency agrees to comply with all CommunitiesSocial platform rules and guidelines.
   9.2. Violation of platform rules may result in the removal of the app and/or termination of the Agency's account.

 

10.) Updates and Support
    10.1. The Agency is responsible for providing necessary updates and support for their app during the testing period.
    10.2. CommunitiesSocial is not responsible for providing technical support for the Agency's app.

 

         By submitting an app for testing on CommunitiesSocial, the Agency acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
